“Grand Cru de l’Écurie”: First Startup for Manure from Olympic Stables Launched

ZURICH/HERZLAKE – While the average gardener reaches for anonymous pellets at the hardware store, the startup “Pure Pedigree Pellets” (PPP) is opening a new dimension of soil culture. The company exclusively distributes the "output" of the world’s most successful sport horses - numbered and with a seamless certificate of origin.

The Philosophy: “The Soil Eats Success”

“A world-champion horse has a metabolism programmed for precision,” explains CEO Maximilian Muck-Field. “Why let this valuable biological extract rot on a manure pile when it could drive the roses in the gardens of the world—from Aspen to Monaco—to new heights of performance?”

The Product Range: From Dressage Elegance to Jumping Power

The assortment is strictly divided by discipline and bloodline. Every delivery arrives in a handcrafted wooden casket, including a certificate confirming the genetic purity of the donor.

  • “Château Piaffe 2025 – Cuvée Grace”: A particularly delicate fertilizer with notes of alpine grass and a hint of lavender aromatherapy. Ideal for sensitive orchids and English lawn edges.

  • “Édition Obstacle – High-Flyer Reserve”: A powerful, nitrogen-rich manure from elite showjumpers that, according to the manufacturer, “noticeably increases the vertical energy in the garden.” Perfect for hedges that want to surpass themselves.

  • “The Stallion Gold Edition”: Exclusively collected droppings from licensed top stallions. PPP promises: “Those who scatter this fertilizer will harvest vegetables with royal dominance.”

Quality Assurance: The “Sommelier Guarantee”

Before the manure is shipped, it is inspected by “Equine Dietitians.” Only batches produced under a diet of bio-dynamic gold-oats and crystal-clear spring water receive the “Triple-A-Manure” seal.

“We look at the texture,” says Muck-Field. “A Grand Prix horse apple must have a structure that bears witness to mental strength and physical balance.”

Pricing: Luxury Has Its Scent

A 500-gram casket of the 2024 vintage starts at 249 Euros. For collectors, there is a “Subscription Model”: you receive a limited special edition of the respective winning horse after every World Cup Final—as long as supplies (and the animal's digestion) last.

Market Outlook: The “Vintage Collection”

For next year, PPP plans to introduce a “Vintage Series”: dried residues from legendary, already retired horses that have matured for years in climate-controlled safes. “It’s like a fine wine,” the startup promises. “The older the legend, the holier the soil.”

A note on dosage: Customers report that after fertilizing with the ‘Édition Obstacle,’ their tomatoes tend to jump over the garden fence rather than simply growing. PPP accepts no liability for vegetables that lose contact with the ground.
